[ARTICLE] “Law Of The Jungle” Kicks Off New Season At No. 1 In Time Slot
The new season of “Law of the Jungle” is off to a strong start!
On February 2, the SBS reality show dominated its time slot during its season premiere. The episode recorded average viewership ratings of 19.8 percent during its first half and 13 percent during its second, establishing “Law of the Jungle” as the clear winner of its time slot across all channels.
By contrast, MBC’s “Insolent Housemates” scored an average viewership rating of 3.4 percent, placing the show at a distant second.
The latest season of “Law of the Jungle” follows Kim Byung Man, NU’EST W’s JR, singer Hong Jin Young, ZE:A’s Kim Dong Jun, DIA’s Jung Chaeyeon, and actor Kim Seung Soo as they travel to Patagonia.
MONSTA X’s Minhyuk also joined the cast as a last-minute replacement for Kangnam, who was forced to withdraw from the show after unexpectedly falling ill.
“Law of the Jungle” airs on Fridays at 10 p.m. KST.
